This training is for servicing lenders, HUD-approved nonprofit housing counselors. Training includes coverage of FHA Mortgagee Letters with emphasis on retention options, disposition options, timelines for implementation & extension requests. Overviews will be presented on default monitoring system reporting & quality assurance.

FREE one-day class for appraisers & lenders will discuss FHA appraisal requirements including FHA Appraisal Protocol and the review of FHA property appraisals. Approved for seven (7) hours of Continuing Education Credit from the State of Colorado. This event is full. Registration required, no fee.

July 28, 2010 - Webinar: Net Development Costs training for nonprofit agencies by the Denver Homeownership Center.
